Established in 1996, and based in Ballinasloe, the company is the market leader in Ireland and Britain for agricultural matting. To increase its export sales to Europe, Saudi Arabia and North America, EasyFix set about devising and implementing a marketing strategy to fast-track its growth and gain international recognition. Leveraging limited resources, it engaged in methodical target market evaluation and selection, and it deployed an integrated strategy to agree strategic alliances, sell direct and grow its dealer network.
