Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all entries for the All Ireland Marketing Awards.

Closing Date for entries Thursday 11th February 2021

The decisions of the judges are final and conclusive. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants must be based on the island of Ireland.

Phase I Adjudication - Selection of Finalists

Each entry must be submitted on an official entry form online.
The entrant is the person who, if a finalist, would make the presentation to the Adjudication Panel and, if a winner, would accept the award on the night.
Please ensure that your company is happy that your name and picture is the one that will appear in all publicity if you are successful in reaching the finals.
If you are an agency nominating your client, please ensure that you are both in agreement about the company name and the entrant’s name as this is the one that appears as the finalist. Please note that dual entries are not accepted.
The initial adjudication of entries to determine the finalists for each award will be based only on information provided on the official entry form.
Additional documentation will not be accepted for the initial adjudication round.

Phase II Adjudication - Selection of Winners

After the finalists are determined for each award, the adjudication panel for the award will invite each finalist to make a 20-minute presentation to the panel, and to participate in a 10-minute Q&A session with the adjudicators. A maximum of two people may present an entry to the panel (maximum four people in case of Marketing Team of the Year).
» See Judging Schedule
Additional documentation may be presented at this stage, if the finalist so wishes.
